How I actually work
I've been writing software for eighteen years, long enough to be suspicious of anything that promises to be effortless. I like small, well-tested changes, code your team can read without me in the room, and saying "that's not worth building" when it isn't. I work in the open where I can: my Drupal module quietly runs on around 99,000 sites, and my TypeScript ORM, UQL, is out there for anyone to use. If we work together, you talk to the person writing the code. That's the whole pitch.
